Incorrect or Faulty Products

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
