What is Bangn Body?+

Bangn Body is a multi-purpose, simple, effective range of results driven products, filled with native Australian extracts and locally sourced botanical ingredients to enhance your skin’s natural glow. We leave out the irritating chemicals and toxins including silicons, paraphens, sulphates and hero beautiful natural, organic, vegan and cruelty free ingredients that are purposeful to help protect, nourish and strengthen even the most sensitive of skin types ensuring happy glowing skin.

Where is Bangn Body Made?+

All Bangn Body products are made in Melbourne, Australia with local natural and botanical ingredients.

Does Bangn Body test on animals?+

Our products have NOT been tested on animals—we love our furry friends too much.

Does Bangn Body use natural ingredients?+

Yes! All our products are made with Australian natural and naturally derived ingredients that protect and heal your skin!

Is Bangn Body products Vegan?+

There are NO animal by-products in Bangn Body and all our products are 100% vegan friendly.

Can I use Bangn Body Products while pregnant?+

We’ve had great feedback from mums and mums-to-be who have used Bangn Body throughout their pregnancy and after birth.

All our products are made from natural, vegan and cruelty free ingredients that help keep skin super hydrated to help prevent and reduce stretch marks and pigmentation.

What fragrances are in Bangn Body Products?+

Our delicious Pina colada scent in our Firming Lotion is from our natural pineapple fruit oil, & virgin coconut oil. We ensure all our fragrances are under 1% and are classified under the clean beauty category. Our Smooth Skin Scrub also has our delicious tropical scent and our Lip & Eye Beauty Balm has a touch of our natural coconut flavour smells like a coconut slice or some might say a bounty chocolate bar.

What is the shelf life of Bangn Body Products?+

All Bangn Body products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened and 24 months unopened. Remember to store them in a cool, dry place under 30 degrees.

How do Glow e-Gift Cards work?+

Our glow e-gift cards are the perfect gift for all occasions and for those trickier people to ensure big smiles upon receiving! Our Glow e-Gift Cards are delivered by email to you, ready to forward to your very lucky recipient, loved one, colleague and anyone else you want to spoil. No processing fees and a 24 month expiry date it's the ultimate gift for you to receive the title of 'Best present giver". Simply select a dollar amount, enter your email address, pay and send. That's it! You’ll get an email from Bangn Body immediately with a Glow e-Gift Card number and the selected amount which you can forward to the lucky receiver whenever you please! Yipee. How much does shipping cost?+

Free Standard shipping Australia wide with all orders over $45 and free DHL express for all international orders over $178AUD.

Want Bangn Body in a hurry? Add express shipping for a flat rate of $20.00 AUD (Australia Only).

For all international purchases, we offer FREE DHL Express on all orders over $178 AUD otherwise is an additional $20 flat rate. Please be sure to to read through our shipping terms and conditions for further information on estimated delivery times and international duties and taxes. How will my order be shipped?+

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and all International orders will be shipped via DHL express.

How long will my order take to ship?+

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase. (not including weekends)

*Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

Australia

Standard orders: 2-6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

International

5-15 business (depending on country) days after time of dispatch for delivery

Can I change my shipping address?+

Be sure to send an email to hello@bangnbody.com as soon as you can with all details including your order number and your updated address. The more information you give us, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line to ensure our team can action this as quickly as possible.

Orders submitted on bangnbody.com process and ship very quickly therefore we will do our best to modify an existing order however please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Which Payment methods are accepted?+

Bangn Body accepts payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Can I use AfterPay+

*Available to Australian and New Zealand customers only

Yes, Bangn Body offers AfterPay on all orders.

AfterPay allows you to pay for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight.

How does it work?+

Go to www.bangnbody.com

Head to the checkout.

Choose AfterPay as your preferred payment method. When your order is approved your AfterPay account is also created.

Head to www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password. From here, you can check your payment schedule and make payments when you need to. Otherwise the payment will be automatically deducted every fortnight.

From now on, every order you make will just need you to log-in.

Can all Bangn Body customers use it?+

You must be living in Australia or New Zealand and be at least 18 years old;

Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;

Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and

Use an Australian or New Zealand credit or debit card to make the purchase.

Is it going to cost me more to use this service?+

Nope! We just like offering a quicker alternative to purchasing your Bangn body glow products instead of waiting for pay day.

The only fees applied to shoppers are late fees. This is when your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you don’t log-in to your AfterPay account to make your payment. Please visit afterpay.com for further information.

Refunds and Returns?+

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@bangnbody.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
