The Outdoor Cinemas are located at the Royal Botanical Gardens via Gate D. Follow the signs to the Galentine's Day event.

If you are coming from outside the city take a train to Flinders Street Station. From here you can catch any tram (excluding the Number 1) and get off at the stop north of Park Street (while the Domain Interchange is closed). There is a short walk along Domain Road to Gate D. For detailed transport information, visit Public Transport Victoria, and to view road changes due to Domain Interchange closure you can visit Metro Tunnel.
By Car
There is limited on street parking around the venue. Please be mindful of residents when leaving the cinema.
Moonlight recommends you bring a torch to assist you in making your way to and from the venue.

The movie will start at 8:45pm.

What time do the gates open?
Tickets are on a tiered system, please check your ticket for the gate opening time.
RIDE OR DIE & VIBB ticket holders - gates open at 6:30pm.
GLOW GIRLS ticket holders - gates open at 6:45pm.
BANGN BABES (GA) 7:00pm and 7:15pm gates open (split arrival)
Is there a limit as to how many tickets I can purchase?
Yes, there is a limit of 10 tickets per person, per transaction.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes! As long as they meet the over 18 years old age requirements and successfully complete the covid-19 check-in. So we have their details on the evening.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, this event is suitable for people over 18 years old only.
What food and drink are available?
There will be snack type food and drinks available for purchase from the Candy Bar.
Dietary Requirements
The complimentary Picnic Pack for VIBB ticket holders is suitable for vegetarians. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for any other dietary requirements and suggest BYO food in this instance.
Candy Bar menu will be available on the night with a selection of hot and pre-packaged foods. Availability of particular foods is not guaranteed.
Can I BYO food and drinks?
Yes! We welcome all Bangn Babe’s (General Admission) ticket holders to BYO food and drinks.
Can I bring alcohol to the event?
Yes. Please drink responsibly and with moderation. We do not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any damages that result to yourself or anyone else due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring a chair?
If you are a Bangn Babe ($60 General Admission) ticket holder then you can bring low beach chairs (without legs), cushions, blankets and rugs.
Is the seating allocated?
For all ticket tiers, seating and grass space is first in, best dressed. This includes Gold Grass and Bean Bag sections.
Can I buy Bangn Body products on the night?
Yes! We are so excited to announce the launch of our first ever Bangn Body pop-up shop! Shop all your Bangn Body favourites on the night, including a limited edition Galentine's Day Bundle!
What form of payments are accepted at the event?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Can I get a Fine Line tattoo at the event?
The tattoos are reserved for Ride or Die ticket holders. There are a limited number of tickets available for this service and unfortunately are not available for other ticket holders.
Can Bangn Body gift cards be used at the event?
Yes! Please have your gift card number ready at the checkout.
Will the event go ahead in all weather conditions?
In the rare event that a session is cancelled, ticket holders will receive an email, we will update the movie listing on our website. In addition, SIGNAGE will be erected on site.
If a session is cancelled due to adverse weather, your tickets will be automatically rescheduled for a later date. You must retain your original tickets (vouchers) in order to attend the rescheduled another session.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Disabled toilet: Yes
Wheelchair viewing area: Staff will direct you once on site to a suitable position in either the chair area or at the top of the hill under the tree.
Paved pathways: Yes- gutters at the top of lawn- ask staff for assistance and we can provide a wheelchair ramp.
Disabled parking spot: Yes- Available outside Gate D on Birdwood Ave.
Audio Induction Loop: Unfortunately we don’t have an audio induction loop system at Melbourne Moonlight Cinema. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
No pass outs are available at this event.
Can I smoke or vape at the venue?
Moonlight venues are largely smoke-free/vape free. However, every venue has a designated smoking area. Any person wishing to smoke or vape is required to enter the designated smoking area.

We will be practising covid safe measures and ask for your cooperation in accordance to the DHHS guideline. We also request that you:
Carry a mask.
Provide your contact details in case of contract tracing.
Adhere to social distancing rules where possible.
Will there be photos and videos taken?
Yes, by purchasing a ticket for, and attending Outdoor Cinemas Melbourne, you consent to the event organiser taking photographs and videography at the event which may include photographs of you.
If you do not wish to have your photo or video taken, please approach a Bangn Body representative on the night.
